You just need to fill out an online form and have the
following qualifications:
- Up
to 90% CLTV
- Minimum FICO
score of 680
- Maximum
50 DTI
- No
more than two Borroers of the property can secure the Line
of Credit
- Borrower(s)
and property owner(s) must be an individual and cannot be a trust, partnership
or corporation
- The callateral
property must be either the primary residence or vacation home of the borrower(s).
DGB does not lend on investment or income producing properties
- The
collateral
property must be a one to two-unit property
- The
collateral property must be permanently attached to real property. Mobile
homes do not constitute collateral property
- The
borrower(s) must be a U.S. Citizen or pernament resident alien
- The
collateral property must be located in California
- Home
Equity Line of Credit must, at a minimum, be in second lien position. Any
existing liens on the collateral property, other than the first mortgage, must
be paid prior to or with proceeds from the home equity line of credit
- All
borrowers on the account must demonstrate a combined ratio of debt to income that
does not exceed DGB's established limits
- The
borrower must be willing to receive statements online only. As an internet-only
bank
- DGB does not send
hardcopy monthly statements
